By scheduling services with us you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.
SERVICES PROVIDED AND SCHEDULING
Roaming Rovers LLC. offers 1:1 dog training in the form of private lessons, scheduled dog walking services, as well as in home boarding just outside of Wilmington, OH.
TRAINING SERVICES
Before any program is paid for, clients must complete all of the following: The review and completion of the ROAMING ROVERS LLC. training questionnaire which is emailed to potential clients directly. This allows ROAMING ROVERS LLC. to review in detail the different behaviors etc. as listed by the owner. The information provided ultimately allows ROAMING ROVERS LLC. to create a custom training program based off the needs and training goals of the client. Clients will also need to commit to an in-person meet and greet at their home. Since a portion of the training is done in home, it is important to see the dog, as well as the owner, in the home where the majority of the time is spent. Meet & Greets usually last 30-60 minutes and are completely FREE to the owner. Just like the questionnaire, this allows ROAMING ROVERS LLC. to do a full evaluation of the current situation between owner & dog.

IN HOME BOARDING
IN HOME BOARDING IS CURRENTLY ON HOLD. WHEN WE BEGIN TO ACCEPT NEW BOARDING CLIENTS, THIS PAGE WILL BE UPDATE ACCORDINGLY.
HOURS OF OPERATION AND BILLING
Regular hours are Monday – Friday 10:00a-4:30p - Saturday/Sunday 11:00a-2:00p. Scheduling and availability is worked out between clients and trainers on a weekly basis. Roaming Rovers is dedicated to helping as many individuals and their dogs in the Cincinnati/Norther Kentucky region, but this is a business solely run by one person. That means training, phone calls, meet and greets, social media, accounting, answering emails etc. are all done by me, Chris Corbalis, owner and lead trainer. I truly appreciate your patience and support, and look forward to working with you and your pup.
HOLIDAYS
There will be no training on: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Also, if I have scheduled trips, or particular days where I am unavailable, clients will be made aware of this with ample time to prepare.
AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE AND LIABILITY WAIVER
BY PROCEEDING OR SCHEDULING SERVICES, in consideration of the services rendered by Roaming Rovers LLC. to my dog(s), I acknowledge reading, understanding, and accepting the statements herein.
I understand certain “activities” that my dog may participate in, including walks, one-on-one play, movement outside involve risk and possible injury, including but not limited to: Sprains, strains, bites, broken bones; Motor vehicle accident during transportation; and Fatigue, dehydration, nicks, cuts, or death. I further understand that not each and every potential risk can be listed above but, nonetheless agree that the benefits associated with dog socialization outweigh the possible risks, therefore, I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Roaming Rovers LLC. and its agents, successors, heirs, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my dog’s participation in activities with Roaming Rovers LLC., including those allegedly attributable to the negligent acts or omissions of Roaming Rovers LLC. or their staff.
AUTHORIZATION OF MEDICAL CARE
If my dog is ill or injured while participating in activities with Roaming Rovers LLC., Roaming Rovers LLC. will make every reasonable effort to reach me pursuant to the contact information I have provided. However, if Roaming Rovers LLC. is unable to reach me, I consent to Roaming Rovers LLC. seeking appropriate veterinary care and I accept responsibility for any and all associated expenses. Roaming Rovers LLC. will not pay any portion of veterinary expenses associates with seeking medical care for my dog if so necessary.
ALLERGIES, SPECIAL DIETS, MEDICATIONS
I agree that I will disclose to Roaming Rovers LLC. any allergies my dog may have. I further agree to disclose to Roaming Rovers LLC. any special dietary needs or medications my dog may require if necessary during activities with Roaming Rovers LLC.
VICIOUS TENDENCIES
I affirm that I am not aware of any vicious tendencies by my dog(s). Roaming Rovers LLC. will not knowingly service any dogs with aggressive or vicious tendencies without proper introduction, notification and prior consultation.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND STATEMENTS
I authorize use of my dog’s visual image(s) and statements in newsletters, posters, and other materials.
AGREEMENT TO PAY
Roaming Rovers LLC. accepts cash, personal checks, credit card via the Square App (with a 3% processing fee) and Venmo cash transfers. Full Training programs can be paid as follows and I agree to pay in one of two ways: Entire agreed upon fee at the end of lesson one, or half of agreed upon fee at the end of lesson one, and the other half being paid at the end of week three. If additional help is needed, please speak with Chris during onboarding process to avoid any confusion.

DAMAGE
I accept the responsibility of paying for any damage to personal property, and/or equipment caused by my dog(s) when out on walks.
FEES, APPLICABLE LAW & VENUE
Should Roaming Rovers LLC., or anyone acting on their behalf, be required for any reason to incur attorney fees and costs to enforce or defend this agreement, I agree to indemnify and reimburse Roaming Rovers LLC. for such fees and costs. Further I agree and understand that any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be decided pursuant to the laws of the State of Illinois.
RIGHT TO DECLINE
I understand that Roaming Rovers LLC. reserves the exclusive right to decline participation or to terminate participation in activities with Roaming Rovers LLC. to any dog nd their owner at any time for any reason.
